RUMAH KANAK-KANAK IMPIAN
Rumah Kanak-Kanak Impian (RKKI) is a children’s home established by the Society of St Vincent de Paul (SSVP), Conference of St Ignatius, Petaling Jaya, in July 1992 to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children from poor and vulnerable families.
The home cares for children who are often siblings, accommodating girls aged six to 17 years and boys aged six to 12 years. Beyond meeting their daily needs, RKKI seeks to provide a stable home where every child can grow with dignity, receive an education, and experience the care and support needed to build a brighter future.
As a charitable home, RKKI relies entirely on the generosity of donors and the support of the parish community to sustain its operations and care for the children. Two of its principal fundraising initiatives at St Ignatius Church holds the annual Hot Cross Bun Sale during Holy Week and the weekly Sunday Coffee Morning.
GET INVOLVED
RKKI warmly welcomes new members, volunteers, and benefactors who wish to make a difference in the lives of these children. Whether through your time, talents, prayers, or financial support, every contribution helps provide hope, stability, and opportunities for a better future.
As we believe, God’s love is made visible through people, and every act of kindness becomes a blessing both for the children and for those who serve them.
