St Helena BEC covers a sub division Damansara Jaya. It has 38 families. Combined with St Valentine BEC we have varying participation in rosary, monthly reflection paper, home Mass and social events.
Our Home Communion Minister is Doris Sequerah.
Main Activities
• Rosary in May and October
• Monthly prayer meet on reflection paper
• Sponsoring the poor – two families in the Putra Damai flats in Lembah Subang
• Support for the bereaved in the BEC
• Support for Parish level activities.

- Lent 2021 Providing the Orang Asli community in Cameron Highlands with grocery items, clothing items and education stationery supplies.
