Please note that there will be no 6.30 am Mass from Monday 21 September to Friday 25 September due to CDD Annual Meeting.

There will be 6 pm Mass as usual.

Mass Reflections & Second Collection


In conjunction with the Memorial of St Vincent de Paul, there will be a second collection during all Masses this weekend. The Society of St Vincent de Paul will be distributing mini mooncakes to parishioners as a token of gratitude.

Magnifica Humanitas, Daily Gospel & Bible Diary – Get Your Copy

Three new publications are now available at St Ignatius Church Office during office hours to enhance your knowledge and faith. These books also serve as meaningful gifts including during the upcoming Christmas season. Parishioners will receive a copy each of the following with donation amounts indicated:

      • Magnifica Humanitas – RM10.
      • 2027 Daily Gospel (soft cover, small) – RM17.
      • 2027 Bible Diary (hard cover, A5 size) – RM28.

Magnifica Humanitas is the title of Pope Leo XIV’s first encyclical letter, with the theme Safeguarding Humanity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence. As artificial intelligence rises in an age when human civilization, human dignity, and the structure of the social workforce are undergoing an evolution comparable to the Industrial Revolution, the Pope invites the faithful to make good and responsible use of new technologies in the light of the Gospel, and to embark upon the “simple, humble, yet demanding journey of Christian life.” May everyone, even in the age of artificial intelligence, bear witness to “the beauty of the great humanity in which God dwells.”
