The PIHDM Thrift Shoppe is a community outreach initiative that transforms donated items into opportunities to serve those in need. Through the generous support of parishioners, we collect reusable clothing, household items, books, appliances, religious articles, and other pre-loved goods. Every purchase made at the Thrift Shoppe helps fund PIHDM’s outreach programmes, while suitable donated items are distributed directly to underprivileged families and communities.
Our dedicated volunteers carefully sort, inspect, and organise donated items, ensuring they are either prepared for sale or channelled to individuals and families who will benefit most. This ministry promotes sustainability by giving quality items a second life while supporting those facing financial hardship.
The Thrift Shoppe is open every Sunday from 7 am to 12 noon during the parish Coffee Morning. Visitors can browse a wide range of affordable items, including:
- Clothing for all ages
- Shoes and bags
- Household items and kitchenware
- Small appliances
- Religious items
- Books
- Accessories and other reusable goods.

Every helping hand enables us to serve more people and extend Christ’s love through practical acts of charity.
